A Description of How to Upload SD Card Images For AI Analysis

By uploading SD Card Images into the Wildlife Portal Desktop application, you can categorize the images captured from your CameraStations and collect critical analytics from them.

Prerequisites

• A Study has been created

• A CameraStation has been created under that Study [TODO: link to creating a camera station on mobile]

Steps

1) Select the study associated with the SD Card

2) Navigate to the Menu and Select Upload Data

At this stage, you may want to sync your Mobile Data with the Desktop Application.

3) Select The CameraStation Associated with the Data and Continue on the Upload Data Overlay

4) Drag and Drop The Images From Your SD Card Into The Upload Screen

This screen allows you to to drag and drop images or select the files directly with the file explorer that pops up when you interact with the screen.

5) Wait for uploading to be finished

AI Screen Details

The AI screen gives you information on a whole slew of data from your images. This includes

• All Species Collected

• Bounding Boxes Around the Animals in the Images

• Confidence Score of the Model

• Image the Statistic was Taken

• Confidence Threshold being used for analysis
